A top choice for local cyclists, this 173-km loop around the Poznań agglomeration links particularly interesting places such as the Wielkopolska National Park, Zielonka Forest, Rogalin Palace and Kórnik Castle. Despite its proximity to the city, the path mostly runs through forests and along the lakes.
The path features a diverse terrain, as a significant part of it runs through the moraine hills of the Greater Poland National Park and Zielonka Forest. It also includes the iconic Dziewicza Góra with its characteristic observation tower.

The main path of the Cycling Ring has neither a beginning nor an end. However, it can be completed in stages thanks to seven connecting trails. All of them start at the Poznań Bicycle Hub, which is situated in the southwestern end of Lake Malta in Poznań. They’re marked out in such a way that they take cyclists from the city center in seven different directions, joining the main Ring Trail at seven different locations.
