Golf is not an exclusive hobby for upper-class gentlemen, but great entertainment for entire families. All courses in Greater Poland offer conditions for learning the game from scratch. You just have to decide and try something new. Contrary to popular belief, it is not expensive – a day on the golf course is no more expensive than a family trip to the cinema.

Black Water Links

Black Water Links is an 18-hole golf course located in Tarnowo Podgórne, approximately 25 km west of the centre of Poznań. It was designed by a guru of golf architecture – Caspar Grauballe, member of the European Institute of Golf Course Architects.

The place has an 11-hectare training zone with 40 driving range positions, a 6-hole training area, chipping area, bunker area, putting area and a selection of experienced trainers. The Poznań Junior Golf Academy operates at the facility, preparing a new generation of golfers.

Oskoma Golf Trzaskowo

It is the closest professional golf course to Poznań, offering a full range of services for players. Trzaskowo is located approximately 10 km north of the city centre, on the edge of the Puszcza Zielonka Landscape Park. The golf course was built in the surroundings of a historic manor house from the early 20th century, which houses the Oskoma café and restaurant.

There is a 9-hole golf course for players, with numerous trees and bunkers. There are not many water obstacles though. For learners, there is a driving range with 12 stands (partially roofed; pitching green, chipping green, putting green) and one may also use the help of professional instructors. To start your golf adventure, you do not need to have your own equipment, as you can rent it on site.

Remes Golf

The course is located just next to Remes Hotel in Opalenica (approximately 40 km west of Poznań). It is part of a large sports complex that was opened in June 2012 (for UEFA Euro 2012). The players of the Portuguese national team were the first to hone their golf skills here. The complex also includes football pitches, a gym, a swimming pool and a SPA.

The course features a 6-hole pitch and putt course for players. You can practice your skills on the driving range with 18 stations, putting green with 9 holes and chipping green with a training bunker. The entire driving range is lit, which allows you to play even after dark. The hotel also offers a golf academy to improve your skills. Players can thereafter relax in comfortable hotel rooms or visit two different restaurants.

Jantar Golf Park

Golf Park Jantar is located on the outskirts of Kalisz (eastern Wielkopolska), in the picturesque Prosna Valley. The golf course itself is small and offers 6 holes. However, this does not prevent them from organising numerous tournaments and corporate events.

Players can practice on the driving range, equipped with 12 stations. The facility also offers game lessons conducted by experienced coaches. It is not necessary to have your own equipment, as the offer rental on site.
