Fairytale castles are our area of expertise. Undoubtedly, one of the most interesting castles is Rokosowo Castle, located south of Gostyń, in the part of Greater Poland where former aristocratic residences are particularly numerous. Rokosowo has been renovated recently, and that’s what differentiates it from others. Not only did the renovation restore its former glory, but it also transformed Rokosowo into a high-standard conference center and a cultural venue.

The castle was built in the mid-19th century for Count Józef Mycielski and designed by Friedrich August Stüler (the architect of the New Town Hall in Wrocław and St. Nicholas’ Church in Potsdam, among others). In later years, it served several generations of the Czartoryski family. The building evokes the Gothic era with its two round towers, the crenellation crowning the upper parts the castle, and the slender columns and vaults inside.
Rokosowo Castle is enclosed by a 10-hectare park with multiple winding alleys and monumental trees. The park is open to visitors every day and is a great place for a short walk or a picnic in beautiful scenery. On weekends, you can visit the castle café, and guided tours of the castle are organized every Sunday.
